How do you export text out of praise NotePad? My wife wants all of my notes but there is no way that I can type up all the notes ihave one by one. It would take forever. Please help.

        Hi,

Please find the following steps on how to share notes.

        Step 1: Export or Share
There are three options to share the notes. Long press on the title of the note to bring up the options.

        Options:
        1. Export – this will export the note to sd card in plain text. The exported file can be found in
        free version – /sdcard/data/com.gwofoundry.praise/text
        paid version – /sdcard/data/com.gwofoundry.praisenotepad/text

        2. Export (markup) – this will export the note to sd card in plain text with markup. When imported the note will have the same layout as the original. The exported file can be found in
        free version – /sdcard/data/com.gwofoundry.praise/markup-text
        paid version – /sdcard/data/com.gwofoundry.praisenotepad/markup-text

        3. Share – Select the program that you want to share the note in. The note will be in plain text.

        Step 2: Copy files
Copy the files to the appropriate folders in the other phone
        Plain text –
        free version – /sdcard/data/com.gwofoundry.praise/text
        paid version – /sdcard/data/com.gwofoundry.praisenotepad/text

        Markup text –
        free version – /sdcard/data/com.gwofoundry.praise/markup-text
        paid version – /sdcard/data/com.gwofoundry.praisenotepad/markup-text

        Step 3: Import files
To import the exported text from option 1 and 2, select ‘Import Text’ or ‘Import Text (markup) from the MENU hardkey.

Import the note one at a time.
You may need to create new labels for the imported notes.

My tablet was stolen that had the app installed is it possible to retrieve my notes and have them emailed to me or sent in some way ? I would be willing to pay for them .. valuable sermons

      Hi,

We are sorry about the sermon notes.
The notes can’t be recovered as the files are stored in the tablet itself.
